# Lead detection

> Find quote requests in your Gmail inbox and turn them into quotes

## Find inquiries in your Gmail inbox <BetaBadge />

Use this when clients email you instead of filling out your form. Flashquotes AI flags emails that ask for a quote or availability for an upcoming event. Suggestions appear at the top of the New inquiry column in your Pipeline. Suggestions only become quotes when you accept them and they're never automatically sent to a client.

<Note>
  While in public beta, Flashquotes AI is available on every plan at no additional cost.
</Note>

### Review a suggestion

1. Click the suggestion card.
2. Check the date, address, guest count, and summary, and reference the source email.
3. Click **Build quote** or **Discard suggestion**.

Build creates the contact and a draft quote, then opens it. Discard asks for a quick reason. Click **Give feedback** to tell us how the AI did.

### Common issues

* No suggestions: go to Settings > Integrations and make sure your Google inbox is connected with email read access allowed. Reconnect if either is missing.
* Wrong date or time: fix it in the quote builder. Times use your location's time zone.
