What blocked dates do

Blocked dates to prevent new inquiries and automatically expire open quotes on those dates. What happens when you block a date:
  • Customers can’t select it on lead intake forms
  • Open quotes on that date expire immediately
  • Date appears unavailable in your calendar

How to block dates

Single date

  1. Go to Calendar → Click Block out dates
  2. Click a date
  3. Add reason (optional)
  4. Click Block Date

Multiple dates

  1. Go to Calendar → Click Block out dates
  2. Click multiple dates
  3. Add reason (optional)
  4. Click Block Dates

Quote expiration warning

Before blocking: System shows warning if dates have open quotes After blocking: Quotes expire immediately

Managing blocked dates

View: Blocked dates appear grayed out in calendar Remove: Click blocked date → Unblock Date → Confirm
Unblocking doesn’t automatically restore expired quotes for that date.

Can I block past dates? No, only current and future dates. Do booked events get affected? No, only open quotes expire. Do I need to add a reason? No, it’s optional.
