Overview

The Settings section is organized into three main areas: Profile, Workspace, and Features. Complete these settings early for optimal Flashquotes performance. Navigation structure:
  • Profile - Your personal notification preferences
  • Workspace - Company settings, locations, and Stripe setup (labeled “Company” in navigation)
  • Features - Branding, quotes, add-ons, service charges, and other business tools

Company Settings

Access these settings from the main /settings page (labeled “Company” in navigation).
Basic company details include:
  • Company name
  • Company ID
  • Invoice display name
  • Invoice address
  • Contact email
  • Contact phone
Company and location IDs are used for building automations with platforms like Zapier.
Connect your Stripe account for payment processing:
  • Link Stripe Connect account
  • Configure payment methods
  • Set up automatic payment collection
Complete Stripe connection before launching forms or quotes.
Configure your service locations:
  • Set primary headquarters
  • Define resource storage locations
  • Enable accurate timeline calculations
  • Manage multiple service areas
Set your location to where your resources are stored to ensure accurate drive time calculations.

Timeline Defaults

Configure default durations for: 1. Loading Time - Duration for packing and loading at headquarters 2. Setup Time - Duration for event location setup 3. Cleanup Time - Duration for post-service packup 4. Unloading Time - Duration for headquarters unloading and restocking

Notification Preferences

Customize email notifications for: - New bookings - Payment receipts - Lead submissions
Each user can manage their own alert preferences independently.

Task Templates

Manage two types of task templates: 1. Admin Tasks - Internal management tasks - Operational checklists 2. Event Brief Tasks - Section assignment
  • Task ordering - Markdown formatting support
Use Markdown for task formatting: [Link Text](URL) for hyperlinks

Quote Settings

Configure default settings for: - Quote expiration dates - Hero messages - Hero images - Service area radius
Use hero messages to showcase your gallery or menu links for better conversion.
