How to Export Leads

Navigate to Leads

Go to the Leads page in your flashquotes dashboard.

Click Export Button

Click the Export to CSV button in the top toolbar. The button appears next to the filters.

Download Your File

Your browser will automatically download a CSV file containing up to 1,000 leads with all their associated data.

Export Limits

Exports are limited to 1,000 leads at a time to ensure optimal performance. For larger exports, consider:
  • Filtering by date range before exporting

The CSV file follows RFC 4180 standards:
  • UTF-8 encoding
  • Comma-separated values
  • Double-quoted text fields
  • Header row with column names
  • Compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and all major data tools
