The Google integration allows you to send quotes and communications directly from your Gmail account. This creates a more personal connection with your leads and helps maintain your email communication history in one place.Setup Process

Connecting Gmail
To connect your Gmail account:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Find the Google section
- Click ”+ Add account”
- Sign in to your Google account
- Grant necessary permissions
You can connect multiple Gmail accounts if you need to send from different addresses.

The integration requires these permissions:
- Send emails on your behalf
- View your email address
- View your basic profile info
Using Gmail Integration
Sending Quotes
Once connected, you can:- Select your Gmail account when sending quotes
- Assign a default email for each of your locations in Location Settings
Managing Connections
You can always remove an account by clicking the “Disconnect” button.Best Practices
