What you can do

The Google integration allows you to send quotes and communications directly from your Gmail account. This creates a more personal connection with your leads and helps maintain your email communication history in one place.

Connect Gmail

Go to integrations

Navigate to Settings > Integrations

Add Google account

Find the Google section and click ”+ Add account”

Sign in

Sign in to your Google account and grant these permissions:
  • Send emails on your behalf
  • View your email address
  • View your basic profile info
You can connect multiple Gmail accounts if you need to send from different addresses.

Using the integration

Sending quotes:
  • Select your Gmail account when sending quotes
  • Set a default email for each location in Location Settings
Managing connections:
  • View all connected accounts in Settings > Integrations
  • Remove accounts by clicking “Disconnect”

Best practices

  1. Use a business Gmail account
  2. Set your most-used account as default
  3. Keep your email signature professional
