Overview

The Google integration allows you to send quotes and communications directly from your Gmail account. This creates a more personal connection with your leads and helps maintain your email communication history in one place.

Sending Quotes

Once connected, you can:

1. Select your Gmail account when sending quotes
2. Assign a default email for each of your locations in Location Settings

Managing Connections

You can always remove an account by clicking the “Disconnect” button.

Best Practices

1. Use a business Gmail account
2. Set your most-used account as default
3. Keep your email signature professional
