To add a new staff member:
- Navigate to the Staff tab
- Click
Add Staff
in the top right - Enter required information:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Role (e.g., Barista, Admin)
- Status
- Location
For multi-city operations, staff location determines their availability for specific city events.
