Work faster
- Copy steps. Shift-click or Cmd-click steps, or Shift-drag a box around them. Click Copy, then click + where you want them and choose Paste. Copied emails get their own copy of the message.
- Delete steps. Select them and press Delete, or use Delete in the toolbar.
- Find your way. Use Fit to screen and the zoom controls. Click Hide email previews for a compact view.
Edit emails
Emails work differently from other steps. Click Save email to save the subject, message, and sender. Every email needs a subject and a message before you can publish. See Send email for senders, shortcodes, and test emails.Publish and start
When the workflow is ready, click Publish and start. It starts for new quotes or bookings right away. To update a running workflow, edit the steps and click Publish changes. Each publish creates a new version. New people get the latest version. People already in the workflow finish on the version they started with.Without Plus, you can build workflows, but you need to upgrade to start them.
Discard step changes
Open More actions and click Discard changes. The steps go back to the last published version. Saved emails don’t change. If you leave a published workflow with unpublished step changes, Flashquotes asks whether to keep editing or discard them. Drafts that were never published keep their changes.Stop, archive, and duplicate
Flashquotes warns you before stopping or archiving a workflow that people are partway through.
