Overview
Export your quotes to CSV format for marketing analysis, conversion tracking, and business intelligence. The export includes one row per quote — open, booked, and lost — with event types, sources, addresses, and quote values, so you can see where inquiries come from and which ones turn into bookings. How to Export Quotes
1
Navigate to the Pipeline
Go to the Pipeline page in your Flashquotes dashboard. Apply any filters first — the export matches your current filters and sort.
2
Click Export CSV
Click the Export CSV button in the top right of the header, next to New quote. Exporting is available on desktop.
3
Choose columns and scope
Pick which columns to include. The Include booked and lost toggle (on by default) keeps closed-out quotes in the file for win/loss analysis — switch it off to export only open quotes.
4
Download Your File
Your browser will automatically download a CSV file containing your quotes (maximum 2,000 rows).
