Overview
The Inbox feature provides a centralized view of all your Gmail messages related to leads, allowing you to manage customer communications without leaving Flashquotes. Emails are synced from your connected Gmail accounts and organized into threads for easy navigation.The Inbox feature requires a Plus or Pro subscription and a connected Gmail account with appropriate permissions.

Thread-Based Organization
Emails are automatically grouped into conversation threads, showing:- Subject line from the most recent message
- Participants in the conversation
- Message count for each thread
- Preview snippet from the latest email
- Timestamp of the most recent message
- Unread status indicator
Lead Integration
Each email thread displays associated lead information:- Lead name and company
- Quick access to lead details via hover card
- Direct link to full lead profile
Multi-Account Support
If you have multiple Gmail accounts connected:- Filter by account to see emails from specific inboxes
- Account indicator shows which Gmail account received each email
- Seamless switching between different email accounts
Mark as Done
Keep your inbox clean and organized:- One-click action to remove emails from your inbox
- Syncs to Gmail - removes the INBOX label from the message

Getting Started
Prerequisites
- Subscription: Plus or Pro plan
- Gmail Connection: Connect your Gmail account in Settings → Integrations
Accessing the Inbox
- Navigate to Inbox from the main navigation menu
- Your synced email threads will appear automatically
- Use the account filter to switch between connected Gmail accounts
Using the Inbox
Viewing Email Threads
- Threads are displayed in chronological order (most recent first)
- Click on any thread to view the full conversation
- Hover over the lead name to see lead details in a popup card
- Click the lead name to navigate to the full lead profile
Managing Your Inbox
Mark as Done:- Click the checkmark icon on any email thread
- The thread immediately disappears from your inbox
- The INBOX label is removed from the email in Gmail
- The email remains searchable in Gmail
- Click the account dropdown at the top of the inbox
- Select a specific Gmail account to view only its emails
- Select “All Accounts” to see emails from all connected accounts

Troubleshooting
Emails Not Appearing
Check these items:- Gmail account is connected in Settings → Integrations
- Emails are in your Gmail inbox
- Sender email matches a lead in your system
Mark as Done Not Working
Possible causes:- Missing Gmail permission - reconnect your Gmail account
- Network connectivity issues - try refreshing the page
- Gmail API rate limits - wait a few minutes and try again
Sync Delays
What to check:- Background workers may take a few minutes to sync new emails
- Large email volumes may take longer to process
- Gmail API quotas may temporarily delay syncing
